Refunds will not be honnoured if the product has not been appropriatley cared for. MAPA Pearls will not refund or return due to customers change of mind. If a product is damaged due to manufacturing fault, the product will be assessed and fixed or refunded at MAPA discretion.

Your MAPA Pearl product will be packaged appropriatley to avoid any travel damage. The package will be registered to avoid any delay and/or transportation damage incurred. Due to the jewllery being hand made please expect a lead time between 6-8 weeks depending on availability.
